The Noida International Film City project is making significant progress. Led by Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP in collaboration with the Bhutani Group, the project covers 1,000 acres near the Yamuna Expressway. The concession agreement has been signed with the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), allowing work to begin soon.
The first phase will span 230 acres and focus on developing world-class infrastructure for the film and media industry, including studios, production facilities, and commercial zones. The project also plans a cinema museum and a dedicated film university. Estimated at ₹1,510 crore, this initiative is part of Uttar Pradesh’s push to create a hub for entertainment and media, boosting employment and cultural prominence.
