2. Term

  • These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between the user and the company.
  • The agreement remains in effect as long as:

    • Any transaction between the user and the company is completed to the satisfaction of both parties.
    • Whichever event occurs later.

  • Demand immediate refund of any benefits or unwarranted charges paid.
  • Charge a penalty of 3% of the transaction amount, adjustable based on the severity of the violation.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend user access.

10. SUSPENSION OF USER ACCESS AND ACTIVITY

The Company may limit or suspend the User’s access without notice if:

a) The User breaches any of these Terms or the Policy. b) The User provides incorrect information. c) The User’s actions cause harm to others or the Website.

11. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATIONS

a) The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from their actions or inactions.

b) The Company is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages.

a) Mediation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. b) Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Delhi, India, conducted in English.

The Terms and Policy are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.

15. NOTICES

Communications regarding disputes or grievances must be sent to the Company’s Corporate office by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due / Speed Post Acknowledgement Due (RPAD / SPAD).

16. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

a) Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Policy constitute the complete agreement between the User and the Company.

b) Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
