2. Term

• These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between the user and the company.

  • Any transaction between the user and the company is completed to the satisfaction of both parties.

15. NOTICES

Communications regarding disputes or grievances must be sent to the Company’s Corporate office by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due / Speed Post Acknowledgement Due (RPAD / SPAD).

16. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

a) Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Policy constitute the complete agreement between the User and the Company.

b) Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

c) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable, and the Terms will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to correct the invalidity, while preserving the original intent of the Parties.
